I hunt the hardwood forests of PA, generally from a treestand. The longest shot you're gonna get in that area is roughly 100 yards. I've been using a Ruger Super Redhawk with 240 grain Rem. Mag. factory ammunition. The accuracy of this piece is staggering. If I miss, it's ME, not the gun. Thus far, 6 deer on 6 shots.
