I think the best we can do is to keep hammmering them with phone calls and emails. I know there are HUGE players that have "legal paperwork" pretty much on standby if they don't come through as promised. "The squeaky wheel gets the grease!" I see great things coming for current holders if the company comes through. However, I'm also about as fed up as it gets with CEO's this summer feeling as if they have free reign to use investor money to keep up their lifestyle because of greed or to keep companies running because of laziness!
