All - I was fortunate to have had an initial meeting and brief communication with our good leader, Lee Miller. I will provide a synopsis of our communication.

First, I want to say I am very impressed with Mr Miller, and he certainly keeps himself within the boundaries of SEC regulations, but he was fine with me sharing the topics of our communication.

- Lee and the mgmt team are fully aware that the shareholders desire some sort of communication or updates thru a PR of some nature. They still strongly believe that a PR must contain substance (no fluff) and they appear to be working on improving this aspect in order to an improved public company in touch with their shareholders. We also discussed that new investor awareness needed to be a focus, he agrees and hopes to have some short-term to mid-term focus on this area. He FEELs our pain with the current pps, as he is such a large shareholder as well.

The TV ad campaign is complete, and they are now examining the impact of it and the ROI of the ad campaign. Since this is their first major TV ad campaign they want to understand the impacts of it so they can properly implement another TV ad campaign, most likely in 2011.

Lee's outlook on 2011 seems very promising for an improved year in profitability/sales. I 100% agree with him that 2011 should reap some nice growth figures. I personally believe we will see this growth begin in Q3 of this year as some impacts of the Ad capaign will be seen in the financials.

That's about it! I know some of you would have wanted some more meat and details, but Lee just doesn't play those games. He seems very respectful and they are very conservative to ensure they follow all SEC regulations to the T. I do respect that very much. I still do think we may see some PR or communication soon, that's my opinion.

I am even more bullish on this company after this. Sure, we might see some more selling pressure the next few days, but the reversal will come. In this for the LONG HAUL!!!

I will also say that I will continue to communicate thru John at IR, and will not be bothering Lee Miller with direct communications unless I FEEL it is of utmost importance and requires the direct communication. I encourage others to do the same and continue to respect the use of the IR firm as the intermediary. John at IR has regular and frequent discussions with Lee, and John certainly shares any concerns or shareholder communications directly with Lee.
