ok check this out...

when u have a domain name, you can usually make up to a certain amount of email addys...

example...if you bought. www.joesmith.com you could make any email addy u want such as [e-mail] or [e-mail]..



now when someone loose the domain or it expires. so do the email addys. however, if the domain is picked up by another buyer, guess what....they can have an email addy such as [e-mail]....

so...like i said, if its a new website owner, yes,,,he can have that email addy...
