why in the world did QOIL in their last 15-d filing in 2009 say they were ACCESS POWER:

and why in the world did the same group of B&B OIL people resurrect ACCR via sunbiz, and paid the $600 reinstatement fee:

and why on 8/6/2010 QOIL closed the deal to buy assets of B&B OIL. does this mean that QOIL bought ACCR, and ACCR is getting QOIL stock, and that's the reason for the recent volume in QOIL?
