Just like they could have filed Any Defense Filings today.
But have Not, according to the SEC Nothing of material has come from this group thus they want it settled a.s.a.p.
J-dog and EESO defense has No Grounds to even get him his day in court.
Go Figure. It's all been a stall, and the SEC wants it ended.
And the Judge could add additional Fines.
So J-dog and EESO may owe more than $2,000,000.
