I am back to being positive about PIHN learning that the float still remains to be 2 billion as it originally was, atleast in march 2010.

Why isn't PIHN doing what Camelot did today ? I bet Camelot did not do what it did today when everyone expected it to. Expect the unexpected in subpenny stocks.

Everyone aboard is disgruntled ==> Good signs for PPS moving north soon enough.
