was curious to see what ole' tom kuhn had to say today at energy & commerce committee. soooo, did some digging.

here's what i unearthed:

Hearing
The Energy Policy Act of 2005: Ensuring Jobs for Our Future with Secure and Reliable Energy
Subcommittee on Energy and Air Quality
February 10, 2005
2322 Rayburn House Office Building
09:30 AM

kuhn's committee webcast can be heard at this link. he appeared in panel 3.

http://energycommerce.house.gov/108/Hearings/02102005hearing1428/hearing.htm
(with real player - click onto kuhn's hyperlinked name and listen)

if you're not inclined to listen, or perhaps wish to read his testimony instead, see summary version at:

http://www.eei.org/about_EEI/advocacy_activities/Congress/EEI_testimony_EAQ_2-10-05.pdf

on page 9 of above referenced document, the december 2001 ferc "electric transmission constraint study" is sited by kuhn. to review that, see: http://www.ferc.gov/cust-protect/moi/constraintstudy.pdf

all in all, today was idle day putzing around doing dd on a few stocks.

imag~~
