You are right that drinking water is precious, but by looking at the pictures and knowing what kind of company this is, how is pollution a factor? Its water and algae, not oil, not antifreeze, its not a coal mining facility, not a gas station or car wash and so on. Its water and algae. There should be no pollution concern.
