Market Makers will sometimes let orders below the bid squeak through.

Why? They are usually fishing for limit orders.

If a stop loss order was placed at 0.0009, it would have been triggered by the sell at 0.0008

Anyways,

I told you guys to watch CSTI at the bid .... Seems like he wants to buy more .... but he is willing to sell shares, if he thinks it will get us retailers to sell to him.

That's just imo though.
