Certainly appears that way.

I think there is a lot of confusion and BVIG is the stock that should get the bump from the HC results, but the distribution hasn't been done. I wouldn't expect any Phase II results until there are BVIG shares available to trade.

We're now working on RR which should directly benefit KATX as BVIG has nothing to do with it. Too bad the results were't the other way around and RR drilled first and then HC.

All the selling pressure we have had lately certainly appears to be some sort of manipulation. Could be market makers selling back and forth to lower the PPS until the retail people capitulate, throw up their hands, and sell.
