It's not a bummer. They walked away from the deal. It didn't make good business sense. Clearly at this point HH doesn't have the funds of a Lionsgate to spend "millions" in TV ads hoping they get a hit. They need to build up to that point. They took a shot at 12 and released it to 200 theaters but it was apparent that the movie did well were they advertised and didn't perform where there was no advertisement..

Leaders have to be able to recognize what they can and can't do and adjust accordingly... Making the same mistakes would be a bummer, not learning from them....

Cheer up, with our market cap, TDGI shares are on sale and its a blessing to those committed to this company. Good luck!
