IMHO, there's one essential point to this whole procedure - Debtors should not receive any equity in this specific case.
Provided the recovery of the financial markets (credits are easier to find),
Provided the recovery of the Chemical industry;
Provided the recovery of CEMJ revenues;
Provided the claims settlements;
my personal opinion is that all the debt could have been refinanced without handing out any equity, leaving the share structure intact.
Maybe I got it all completely wrong, but this is actually the reason why I invested in CEMJ in the first place.
From my point of view, there has not been any good faith from Management regarding the protection of the interest of shareholders. Quite the contrary.
