Okay, I was kind of nervous about this lawsuit so I took all the material I found regarding to the lawsuit to my uncle - a business lawyer. Here is what he said and I quote him word for word "I guess this guy (Alpha Cap) has a lot of money to burn and they don't know where to burn them. The judge's gonna make them look really stupid." I asked for an explanation but he told me to go to law school then I'll understand... huh?? D4mn lawyer !!! I didn't said that to him of course.
