That's just funny. you are really going to sue someone that has nothing? and what are you going to sue for? buying a stock that hadn't updated its filings since 05? just learn your lesson and move on. the real folks that ought to be sued are the SEC bastards. they are the ones that dropped the ball for 5 years.
