No ,I don't think so. You say IFI SRL isn't sending the money? You're wrong ,IPWG has been reassured that the money is definitely coming "shortly" ,I know how you love that word ,but I think it's closer than you realize. The last I heard was IPWG was moving forward and didn't have time to worry much about the "Irish group" ,in a pr at the end of July. They are also invited to China. We'll get some more news regarding funds received from transit soon ,it is "imminent". Very ,very ,very shortly ,as soon as they receive it they will announce it. You're wrong about these guys. They're about to prove it.
