Is Bankruptcy a possibility for Genius Products?

According to a recent SEC filing, Genius Products owes a $2,000,000 5% Promissory Note due 12/31/2010. (Less than 3 Months!)

Scratch: The Ultimate DJ is well past the promised "Early 2010" release date.

If the Game was "scrapped", Bankruptcy is a real possibility for Genius Products.
