Ok, just got off the phone with Leo. Talked to him for about a half hour. Nice man, imo. He took my address to send me some shareholder info. He also told me to call him anytime. I told him I was an investor and Moderator of the board on ihub.
First question was about the SS. A/S is the same, O/S is around 12.6M and the Float is about 6M. He didn't have the numbers in front of him but, he said that's what the T/A told him just the other day, from what he remembers.
Second question was about dilution. He said there is no dilution at this point in time.
The Montana deal... is moving along very well. He stated he needed to come up with about $35,000 for filing fees to complete the deal. I asked if he would have any trouble coming up with this money and he said, no. The deal is anticipated to be done this week.
I asked about restarting the relationship with Conexa/ARSC and he stated "Yes, after everything is finished with Montana, that is the direction they would like to go."
I asked about the value of the lots in Fl and why they were only appraised at $2000 and if they were actually worth more. He said they were. Many of the lots are ready to build on. He said about 2 years ago he sold 30 lots(he still owns 174 lots, I asked if he did) to KB Homes for around $35,000-$55,000.
He expressed, that was two years ago though but, they are definitely worth alot more than the appraised value of $2,000. As stated in the filings Stephen George will be handling those lots.
Without recording our conversation this is the best that I can tell you. I will be contacting him regularly.
