IRISH, you are assuming that Frank was not including his shares in the "float". What if he was indeed including them in the "float", and he misunderstood what the "float" indeed is.
People bash him all the time for messing up things... maybe he messed up his own calcs. You automatically assume that what you think is correct without having proof. I find that to have as much legitimacy as someone who says the float is 1,000 shares. It means absolutely nothing until an audit is done.
until then, why not give up on that topic. It is fruitless.
