I have seen them in manhattan at Blue jeans but only a small amount, i live here in ny. Not saying they sell allot of shoes but far from a fake company or a scam. Most designers start out very small, i know a few and have friends in the biz. Thats why JF interests me. They also sold some apparently on overstock.com Hang in there until mid september to make your decision. They would be facing a law suite or two from the companies listed in the SEC submissions if this was a scam.

Avitar is not really a company it's a dude who invests in other business essentially, It invested in Medical devices before it turned to fashion. Do your research its out there.
