Your statement is correct which is what I
believe as well. But mkt works different
as you may know and many times, mkt
works the opposite unless the news is
compelling and particular.

I do feel comfortable that there is no
problem with the production and I do
like their mgmt resume.

So hopefully soon, new investors will
join in or some specific contract news
will move this stock to up-trend.
