I thought the stack test was just a gathering of information and exhaust. I presume they take this data and analyze it and use it to fill out an air permit application.



Correct. And the stack test already occurred. Spoke to NYSDEC the other day and it's confirmed. Now they need to look at the data and write a report. How long that will take I'm still tryin to find out; could take 30-60 days or could be less, not certain on timeline yet...
