So what the heck does that mean? They call it a 'stock incentive plan' but then also give it an 'offering' price? Incentive plans have a strike price not an offering price. Is it an stock issue or share incentive? Dilution or reward? Even if it is dilution, the 1.5 million wont pay for the purchase of the properties they are looking at. Something's strange, no wonder the PPS is down.
