Noteworthy post about YHGG I stumbled on from an astute Yahoo poster on the SIAF board:

I posted on the YHGG about my concerns about this stock.

.1) They have NO market makers making a market.. Not one single MM has decided to file a Form 211?? That would make me cautious all by itself.

2. The Company posted fraudulent, boiler plate opinion letter by a audit firm that was no PCAOB registered in March 2009 and was removed by pinksheets..

I would check with the SEC to make sure their filings have even been deemed effective. The OTCQB.. is NOT the OTCBB.. it's just pinksheets on steroids. --laluna3_3

I haven't followed this one, but from the few positive things I've heard about it sounds almost too good to be true. The above post is the first negative thing I've seen. But, again, I'm not actively following this so there may be many others sharing this poster's concerns. Nonetheless, thought I post it here in case her information is new to anyone here.
