There will be no dilution as share structure needs to be preserved. Paying in shares for new aquisitions should be in order. The first look of the new website will rise the price to 2-3c, after new company merge will increase the pps even further.Dillution will push the pps so down into subpenny that it will take years before 1c will be seen. Hopefully they will agree with me......bought some shares today.
