I saw the GSK suit, and as an attorney it is a joke! Looks like you scared a big fish and perhaps this is an attempt to own you at a discount, I would hold onto this stock because it rarely happens with pinks/pennies and its the kind of thing that huge runners are made of. If NCDP gets a real deal with a chain store you guys will all be rich this time next year. Lots of BIG MONEY watching for sure!
