Codes: Given the history, I agree with you it seems likely the terms were modified. But just a generous guess. Given the potential implications, I am not sure the market is going to be so kind about a potential default. Or so kind that the Big Transaction terms were not met (I don't think they had to disclose these terms originally). NeoMedia has a responsibility to shareholders to prevent this type of cautious bear speculation.

If anyone is paying attention to these details, we may be testing a new bottom. I guess we can keep our fingers crossed for another few hours that a POSITIVE 8-K is filed or no one cares anymore.
