6 million shares sold at what? .0003? I only got 400 thousand so far. If the company is still dumping( I don't believe this) then .0001 is today. If not then the 3 is a bargain. The 8K has to come out now and it will almost certainly say that they changed a member of the management , auditor, attorney, or mah jong player.
Maybe we all get lucky and Sunoco buys them out at .01.
