Yes for Quarterly, but they had to file something by yesterday, which they didn't. Now they are basically into a scam territory, and a lot of investors won't even look at it anymore. Doesn't mean the price wont rise, it just means that the bounces might be over. It might be frozen at this level until they release something.

My guess is website around the 10th, at which time you could see upward volume come back. In the mean time they could dilute further.
