A/S 1B

O/S 20M

checked in August 2010.

The company doesn't exist anymore. They keep changing their business. SSWC was acquired back to the seller due to GEM didn't pay.

The BESG LOI is completely made-up lie, the BESG is paper company created by a NYC based banker who did the last selloff scam with GEM CEO Timothy J. Koziol with help of QualistStocks who was the Investor Relation(Actually this guy was the moderator of this stock in IHub by August and they're one of penny stock promoters usually doing pump and dump with compensated shares. After the last selloff from 15 cents to 3 cents with the last two PRs(0.30 eps and BESG LOI), they stepped down from the moderator position of this board. Job done, money made, left) .

The .30 eps was also word play by Timothy. They don't have any revenue source because there's no working business by them. The reason why they achieved .30 eps is due to the profit made by selling their last business. This is one time profit. It seems as Timothy who was the last person left with this paper company ran away doing his last stock selling pump and dump with the above two Press Release.

They didn't file the required financial documents for 2nd Q, their symbol is added with 'E'.

I see two analysis reports released by stock analysts in Yahoo around mid August, 2010 which is funny, their analysis is based on the scam PR about .30 eps. It's amazing, such analysts just work on numbers, not look into what was the revenue caused by. I contacted one of the analysts, he seemed completely having no idea about this company except the last two Press Releases.

The CEO is not reachable since end of July, the company phones are disconnected.

With 1B a/s with still many shares left to dump to o/s, the stock price will dramatically go down to double or triple zero area. This is just my guess. Please do your proper decision if you want to buy this stock.
