you seem to know alot considering its your first post on this board (mine too but I've been a silent reader for ages)

as for the gift rumor, its based on a post from the yahoo board. Although I think drexion is a very trustworthy figure and an asset to this board, I don't really think Jacky actually said it to someone. nevertheless it was good to learn about form 4 transaction codes.

the connection of Lin Ou Wen to Wuyi Pharma is also intriguing.

could you elaborate on the other 2 reasons (Experienced in arbitrage & Offshore Company at the origin)
