You better hope it was a crossed transaction between two parties and NOT a market-maker risking his own capital to facilitate a trade for his client (ie., buying the entire 1.3 million shares for his inventory at 3.50); because, if its the later, there's going to be a lot of stock for sale over the next couple of days.
