In talking to Art, Gefco has only sold Two of these new rigs so far and the two rigs sold are working or planned to be working in the US.
I believe he mentioned the first one is drilling in North Carolina.
The second one was not drilling yet.
EEGC (if they actually buy the rig) would be the third such rig sold by Gefco.
