I think they will file. They are ALWAYS late, they filed all the late notice's and the 8. They said rev. will be noticed in 2010, they confirmed the 300% over sales projections more than once, I really don't think anything nefarious on their part whatsoever. This pps is so low because of MM are making a few shorting, and NIR has used it as their personal ATM.
With 700m shares IF this Co. posts ANY decent news it will hit .006-.008 in a heart beat.
