First we were supposed to acquire Southwest Signal if we can find another $1M to finish the deal, never heard another word about it.

Then in February we hired a "boutique Wall Street firm" (who shall go nameless) to raise money for the company. Never heard another word about it.

Then we announced execution and initial success on our 3-well west Texas drilling program, with news of production levels to follow in a few days. Never heard another word about it.

Then we announce we are going to acquire Caddo International and the deal should be finalized in a few weeks. Never heard another word about it.

Do you get the idea? Should raise some flags.

Now we have EFIR announcing a $10M blanket PO from Terra one day (WTF is a blanket PO?), and then announcing they are going to acquire Terra the very next day for $6M! This is a complete PR shipwreck and a sign of complete managerial incompetence...
