I know it says we will get 1 share of SPI for every 2 we have of SNRY but how does that work? For example, if I have 1000 shares of SNRY does this mean that if and when we get SPI shares I will have 500 of SNRY and 500 of SPI or 1000 of SNRY and 500 of SPI?

I'm still pretty new to the market so just looking for some helpful information.
