To be honest this lack of volume is, as many have said, a good thing because it does mean that people are holding on to their shares, and time is on our side. The shorts are fighting the clock and will have to eventually cover but us longs have nothing to do but sit and wait. I wouldn't worry so much about financials not being out, most likely still some paperwork being finished up with the acquisitions. In any case I see it as a rubber band thats streched to its max and with positive word from the company or when the shorts have to cover it'll move quickly, and most importantly correct to its realistic market value
