I have looked countless hours at stocks under .001 and this one is by far the most legit I have ever found... I am very against buying stocks long term because I am a day/swing trader, but i couldn't pass up a golden goose like ICOA ... it has revenue, pending news, and has been around for many years.. can't go wrong imho

DD is the key.. but always make sure you do your own!
