Just got off the phone with Mark, it was a pretty solid conversation. Some of the highlights:

-He told me the same thing about the funding in Germany and that the deal has been sealed and they have received a very significant amount of money

-The listing on the European exchange should be completed in the next couple of weeks

-He received phone calls from 13 different countries over the last couple of days concerning CBIS' products. 2 of which he mentioned were the Czech Republic and Kenya

-He had met with the architect for the Denver location and the 9,500 sq. ft facility is moving along. Should be a nice "grow op"

-More dispensary licensing agreements are being looked at

-The legal actions against MPM are still being pursued but that it will take a while (as expected)

- No more private placements will be sold

-Next quarterly will show that CBIS has a much more solid foundation than they did last month.

I'll be looking for another PR later this week disclosing the amount of money given by the European investors and details on the European stock listing.
