No news at this time is not good...

Mar 03 notice given to this and Sep 03 is 180 days... Expect a RS come Tuesday as it will have to do the RS to boost this above $1 or get delisted for non-compliance... unless a waiver is given soon.

so far... no news on the waiver is not a good thing.

I will be on the sidelines... cheering lol
