By the number this looks way undervalued imo:

1. 4.5M Float, 17.5M O/S.
2. IR team just hired on 8/11/10; See 8/18/10 PR; 2 PR's in past week, many more likely--I have spoken personally with IR contact Steve Haag.
3. Uplisting to OTCBB in progress.

5. To date, the Company has completed 31 hotel installations and an additional 300 hotels are waiting to enter into 60- month service contracts.(awaiting specific revenue numbers).
6. TIVU in negotiations with 1,500 more hotels.
7. Company just emerged from R/M.
8. A/S reduction likely coming. It is still a holdover from the previous company; See 8/18/10 PR.
9. Completed $3.4 M Network Operations Center (NOC).
10. All of these events are recent (within the last few weeks) developments.
