Yes... it was an estimate.. so now we should have something to say... "look Like"... or will be "delayed until" .. or "still plan to close by"

At this point not SURE if this REALLY affects the hearings... at this point thus... why not close it..??

We will see... I knew it was an "ESTIMATE or PLANNED" date..
