Yesterday I called Natures Peak, to find out what happened to my order placed 6/10.
I spoke with Jeri, she was very nice and explained that the orders would soon be sent out, she also sent me an Email, part follows.


We have had to revisit our distribution and telephone support agreement with our new fulfillment center and it will be complete this week. Our co-packer, as supportive of us as they are, can only ship product to our fulfillment center and are not equipped to serve as a distributor. We are certain we will have our fulfillment center agreement in place and on line by the end of this week. Once that agreement is finalized, our co-packer will be happy to ship the product to them for distribution.

My take is that the co. has growing pains and is working them out, overall the conversation gave me a positive feeling about the co..
