UIBI. Received this response from my email to them.

Me: If I buy uibi shares today (Mon. 7th.) will I be buying new shares or old shares?

Roy: not sure as we have not had an answer from NASD and from transfer agent as of today (TUE. 8th.)

From a corporate view it has, the NASD has not effected this in the market place. No knowledge of why or when.
