Well web, as I have already said since this happened, those assumtions were made assuming that if there were no willing funders pre BK, there would be none for the DIP. Now we know that they have someone willing and waiting for the DIP financing.

Well, there you have an explanation. Now care to tell us how it has been a year since you said they voted to go private and that never happened? How is the glass house? At least I never claimed to have inside info!
