ACT's actions do not reflect well on their business practices OR any of their characters.

Ares does sound like a nice guy, but again, he's IR. He's supposed to sound like that. His job is appeasing/satiating investors and honestlyy, he's not doing a good job at that. You're really the only one that seems to be actually be happy with the way things are barely moving along. You seem downright excited about how things are 'progressing' (and I use the word loosely.)

While I remain hopeful that things may bounce back, the reality of the situation is that the odds are strongly against that outcome.

When ACT does something to redeem themselves, then maybe I'll be a little less harsh with my take on the situation, but at this point, I am one pissed off and frustrated investor sitting on 90,000 shares purchased at 0.0488 that are nearly worthless. Their latest PR didn't mean a thing to me. Why? Because over two months ago when the PR came out about them getting a contract with Left Behind Recovery, LLC, I spoke directly to Glenn Andrews who informed me that about a week after that PR that the process would begin with using ACT's product. It's been TWO months. There should have been SOME results by now. And if you've noticed, Left Behind Recovery wasn't even mentioned by name in the last PR. It says "joint venture partner, the driller operator." I wonder why that happened.... perhaps LBR didn't want to be mentioned?

And again, when ACT was suspended, I called Ares not too long after trade resumed on the grey market. I told him in no uncertain terms that the grey market will kill the stock and that the PPS would never move on that market, and that they needed to make it a priority to GET OFF THE GREY MARKET. That was 2 months ago. Where have we gone since then? No where. Only NOW they're realizing that I was right all along? Seriously? Because I don't know jack about trading (I'm a novice!) and even I knew that staying on the grey market = death! If ACT cared a lick about its investors, they would have been trying to get the hell off the grey market from the get go.

I want to get my money back, but I doubt I will, barring some miracle.
