According to the PR the rig was already built when purchased so how can it have been built to Empire's specifications? The first rig, which was IMO was sold because it was totally unsuitable to drilling they type of wells required, also had to undergo extensive modification and I believe it took at least 6 months to get it ready to drill.

There are many self propelled and self leveling rigs already in Australia and it is nothing new, most of them are drilling CBM wells in Qld as they are not suitable for drilling oil wells.

The other difference is the color coding of the wiring used
