I'd actually be surprised if this doesn't pass (but I was surprised Prop 8 did pass two years ago, so what do I know?).

I think CA is ready and as the boomer generation dies off while more young people come of age to vote I think the tide as turned. I suppose it'll depend on the demographic(s) that turn out to vote.

Any idea what current polls show?

The VA has recently eased it's stance and policies regarding medical marijuana use.....
