Are you deliberately trying to be obtuse???

The 161 mil bvig shares is derived from the OS of KATX,,, every 4 shares of KATX O/S = 1 bvig share---you know ,,take the total KATX S/O and divide by 4---you get the 161 mil or there abouts

Then the bvig shares will be given to the shareholders of RECORD-----all 161 mil of them
