Basser, I agree with you on that. September 1st is the deadline the company announced via press release and there has been no public declaration of the date being pushed back to coincide with the share holder's meeting on September 15th.

For now, we have to sit back and wait for the docs to appear on otcmarkets.com. They usually appear the day before it is announced by the company making the submission. If they are late with the financials, I would fully expect, as most here do, that they will have them by the 15th to avoid a bloodbath at the meeting.
